Installation and startup support session

Each O2k-Package includes a personalized remote installation and startup support session with an Oroboros expert. This online support session will focus on:

  • Instrumental setup
  • Quality control
  • Discussion with our expert

During your session there will be time for discussion with our expert. See the program here.
We encourage new customers to book their virtual session for the instrumental setup before setting up their O2k. The included installation and startup support session can be scheduled during any time within the O2k-Warranty period (max. 3 years).

Additional 8-hour blocks of O2k-Virtual Support can be purchased for training of new lab members or covering more advanced topics. Read more here.

O2k-Expert support

Apart from this support session, you can continuously contact us for support via our online form. Based on your selected topics, you will be matched with one of our experts to work with you online to answer your questions.

Our offices will be closed for the Christmas period
from December 23rd until January 6th.
