The OroboPOS-Connector Service entails routine maintenance and any necessary repairs of the OroboPOS-Connector.
Mechanical damage cannot be repaired; nor can the service solve a malfunction of the instrument traceable to a defect in any component other than the POS or OroboPOS-Connector.
Both services are carried out at our manufacturer in Austria.
