The O2k-PB-Module enables real-time monitoring of O2 flux from dark respiration to net photosynthesis and light-enhanced dark respiration. PB-Sensors inserted in the window of the 2-mL O2k-chambers provide an external source of blue, red or white light, the intensity of which can be set using the DatLab software. Measurements are recorded and evaluated with the DatLab 8 software.
The O2k-PB-Module is only compatible with NextGen-O2k-Series XA/O2k-Series J and higher.
